We move at a pace that feels steady, sustainable, and supportive of you. -
Our first session is a gentle, grounded beginning. We will move at a pace that feels steady for you.
In this session we will:
Clarify what is brining you to therapy now.
Explore your history and relationship patterns.
Identify what matters most to you and what you hope will feel different.
You don’t need to prepare anything. You don’t need to tell your whole story at once.
Your pacing matters. Your body and emotions are the guide. -
Therapy with me is collaborative, relational, and paced with care. While we'll certainly talk about what's happening in your life, we'll also pay attention to how those experiences are showing up in your emotions, relationships, body, and faith. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported enough to explore difficult experiences without feeling rushed, overwhelmed, or alone in the process.
-
Faith is woven naturally into the therapy process rather than treated as something separate from the work we're doing. Together, we'll make space for the ways your relationship with God, your spiritual experiences, and your beliefs intersect with your emotional well-being, relationships, and healing journey.
At times, this may include exploring questions about faith, processing spiritual wounds, or noticing how your understanding of God has been shaped by past experiences. My goal is not to prescribe answers, but to create space where both your faith and your emotional experience can be honored with honesty, curiosity, and care.
